I ordered some flyers here. The shop seemed professional as they request ed a higher quality file from me which i provided. When i picked up the flyer i noticed that the colour was very dark and not like the original. When i asked the employee, he suddenly also said he realized it. (Good moment to take corrective measures..) He also mentioned that the file format was not good enough. When i printed at the same time one page of the same format of a different layout the colors were perfect..

I'm based in the US and had to send several documents around the Netherlands - I was going to try printing here and Fedexing them over, which would have been expensive and slow. Fortunately, I thought of emailing Birun first. Kerim got back right away, said they could print, bind, and mail the documents in a day. They got the job done efficiently, sent me the tracking numbers, and I never had to touch a piece of paper.
