My car has been in service here since oktober 2015 and i have had nothing but good experiences, kind staff and honest explanations of what was wrong or repaired with my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Amsterdam area for servicing or buying their Volkswagen.
Did my APK with them and they exchanged my lights without asking (at a high price), which is not the normal procedure and I'm fairly sure there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. Make sure you agree with them that for anything they exchange or do on your car they seek permission. Then check for yourself. A second APK within a week is always free
