If you think responding to all reviews here with same automated text is a customer service, you are wrong. This is the most stupid response I have ever seen, “we will make sure to convey your feedback to the boutique” means that your boutique doesn’t even bother themselves to read customer feedbacks. Cartier you can do better than this.

I don't recommend anybody to come to this store. First of all, a lady will ask you why exactly are you coming to the store in the most arrogant and condescending tone ever. Salesperson was just incompetent. As seen in other comments, the horrible customer service is undeniable. Absolutely don't spend your money at this store.

Disgusting service today. I walked in to be greeted by possibly the most rude, condescending shop worker, I have ever met in my entire life. (A woman) I will never come here ever again and will not recommended this shop to anybody.

The brand is beautiful, but the worst customer service I have ever experienced, on multiple occasion. They will treat you \well\ when they are certain you will spend a large amount of money and after you have paid, it's over. As shown from the previous reviews, the horrible customer service is consistent and it's clear that management does not care and has not made improvements. Absolutely do not spend your money at this store. I regret doing so.

I Went Into with Hawaiian Sandals at The Store and They Did Not Answer Me. They Let Me Talk To Myself. Disrespect, Lack of Professionalism, Harm, Anyway ... I with Money More Than Enough, Looked at My Feet. I do not recommend, I will not return to this brand.
