The Chef is so friendly and really knows what he is doing. I have never seen anything like it. Fresh made pasta on the go. Absolutely worth going out of your way for. Can be a meal in itself for sure. Great drinking food too!

Horrible pasta, rude service. I paid 7 euro for penne all'arrabbiata. I got overcooked pasta (not penne but rigatoni btw) and the sauce tasted like precooked onion tomato sauce (the ones you can buy at Albert Hein). All covered with dry rucola..? The guy asked me how I liked it so I had to say it was overcooked and the sauce wasn't "arrabbiata" at all. He got upset and told me I must be used to eat it wrong because all his customers say it's the best pasta they ever had. I told him "good for you". He kept asking me to give details on what I thought was wrong but I replied I wasn't there to argue. He asked and I gave my feedback. I find it misleading that it says they offer fresh pasta, Italian menu etc. They have no idea how to cook pasta. With 10 euro you can eat really good pasta seated in real Italian restaurants in Amsterdam.
Cook was beyond rude. Will never return on principal.
