Nice food with Beautiful ambiance located near Artis zoo. Interior was modern and stylish. We had risotto for lunch here. The food was flavorful, and the lunch menu was quite affordable. The menu also features some interesting flavor combinations. As it is a very popular restaurant, I was told that booking in advance is advised. I would recommend coming here mainly for the ambiance, while enjoying a small bite.

1st time visit, while waiting to visit the Amsterdam Zoo next door. We sat outside at the back, away from the street. Great ambiance, friendly crew, nice outdoor sitting area. Enjoyed a fresh orange juice & mint tea.

We only ate here (didn't realize there was a hotel attached?). Excellent food and lovely atmosphere. Easy on/off from the bus.

Dinner at De Plantage was above all expectations. Oysters are definitely a thing there, as basically everybody around us were ordering them. But we tried the fish soup, ttoro, instead. And it was great. For the main dish we had leg of lamb to share, and it was simply amazing. Very tender, and full of spicy aromas. And putting the food aside, service was excellent, and the place looks simply amazing.

This place is great, starting from the building and finishing delicious food. Staff is professional and friendly. Quick service. Love the interior design. Great place for business meetings or of just want to work in a nice atmosphere enjoying good coffee. Definitely recommend this place!
