When I reached the counter, the sales person continued on a personal phone conversation (not related to the business) for five more minutes. I showed a box I wanted to buy but mentioned it needed to be cleaned because had a lot of dust. The salesperson commented there was no dust even though you could write on it. I decided not to buy the product since it was a sign of little dedication from the store. I am replying on my own post, since it did not allow me to comment on the one below: Hello Merijn, the box I am referring to is one of the air freshner difusser sticks that you keep in the back to the left of your store. All of them are packed in little boxes and when I went they were covered in dust. The point was not really the dust but the fact that your sales person said there was no dust. Kindly check in the back. Thanks.
