When i came, the printing machine was broken, the owner asked me to wait outside building for 20 min, which I didn’t mind, this happens of course. Then he helped me scan 11 pages A4 papers into 6 files and charged 7 euro, because I understood wrong and he didn’t remind which I did mind. It was no big deal I understand the tipping culture and it was only caused by miscommunication, but overall it was an ordinary experience. The printerette is very well located but a bit hidden, for people who need the service: check the door and window, it’s in the basement, there are indicators in the stairwell. The store is professional afterall.

Had to print some documents urgently and glad to have found this place. Staff was really friendly (he even offered coffee) and did his job well. He was well versed in English which made communication a lot easier. Will definitely recommend this place!
