I've been here twice and I really like this place. The appetizers are good, I got the octopus which was amazing and my husband really liked the fish. We sit outside on the Amstel which is really nice and pretty. Service is very good. Wine is nice as well. The inside is easily cute as well and bathrooms are clean. Definitely a staple dinner spot for us.

The restaurant is very pretty, well designed modern Portuguese style. There you will find all the main goodies as if you would be in Portugal. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was nice, a bit slow to order, however, the service was fast. I had the Tiras de Choco as starter and for main Bacalhau Fresco (delicious) and a Super Bock beer to drink. I finished with Amarguinha (licor) and Expresso. The price is far for what you get. Highly recommended to go there in a sunny day, they have a nice sandy terrace by the Amstel.

Cute venue on the Amstel nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is also very good. Plates are nicely presented and so far all of them where good and tasty. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Because honestly I don't think this place can be called Portuguese restaurant. I came in the past and the menu was very Portuguese. Now after eating here again I would say that this place has a kitchen inspired in Portuguese cuisine. As you can see the Pastel de Nata is not the classic Portuguese that everybody knows. But even more surprising for me is the lack of the famous bacalhau, which was only presented in a fresh fillet version and not the typically salted and dried one. In the menu you can read fresh cod fish but that's definitely not a classic of the tradition of the Portuguese cusine. In any case despite what I just said I want to say that all the dishes I tried were very tasty!

Excellent food, great and easy place to hang out for some good quality food. A must are the Bacalau fish cakes, nothing but mad love for those. The Calamari is ok, it’s battered which sometimes makes it a bit greasy. The steak is excellent, very tasty in a tomato sauce. The fries are excellent, and the garlic mayo is also great. All in all a great place for great food. Service is also good, actually for Amsterdam standards it’s great. Staff is very helpful and kind.
