We bought a couch and a dining table. We are really happy with the quality of both the products and the price. We would really like to appreciate the sales team for their service and behaviour. I messed up a little bit with the assembly of the table but the team provided real good assistance later to get it sorted out.

Cross your fingers that nothing is wrong with your order, if you do have problems their customer service is the worst thing I’ve seen in a long time. We ordered a wardrobe with accessories and one of the accessories was of the wrong size. I wrote an email with pictures and I didn’t receive any confirmation that they were on it. I then call them and their explanation is that to have four pieces of wood cut with the correct size was going to take at least two weeks! I then said that in that case I didn’t want that item anymore and wanted a refund, to which they told me that I could only get 50% of my money for something they did wrong!. The worst part is that they didn’t even apologise or give options to solve the issue or made an attention, something to make the customer feel she is taken care of.

Pathetic quality and customer service. I ordered a coffee table and picked it up in the store. When it got delivered, I realized that it was pretty badly finished - there were marks and scratches. Polish was not done evenly either. I wrote an email and then they call me that I can get it exchanged only if I bring the table to the store and pick the new one myself. Although it was a quality issue at their end, the person was just not ready to help. Now I need to disassemble the table myself and take it to the store and then bring the new one and assemble it again. This is a huge and heavy table to do all this circus with. Because of whose problem? I kept trying to explain the situation and he rudely insisted that this is our policy. I asked where is the policy written - he said I am telling you on phone. It can’t get any worse. You have a paying customer - who you deliver under quality and then be mean. Loyalty and customer satisfaction don’t even exist.
