We booked a trip to Hamburg in the beginning of 2020. It all seemed very easy to manage and we were looking forward to our trip. As soon as corona hit, unfortunately, HappyRail really disappointed us. Not only did they wrongly inform us that our tickets would be valid until October, they keep referring us to DB because they are only 'the middle man'. DB on their end, state we booked the cheapest tickets and aren't entitled to anything. Very disappointed with the HappyRail service and really wouldn't recommend this if you are looking for any type of customer service - although they are nice enough, they will not do anything to help you.

This is a horrible company. They refused to refund me or offer a voucher due to the Corona virus. I received refunds from the hotel and airline without questions. Do not do business with this company. Purchase your tickets at the station. I will never do business with this company again.
Genuinely friendly folks with all the answers(and I had lots of questions). Seamless booking and reservations . Definitely recommend for train travel needed in Europe.
We had a wonderful experience with Happy Rail. We had booked our Swiss Rail Pass with the wrong dates. They were very accommodating in fixing the dates, despite it being our error in using the website. Very impressed with their response time and final result. I would highly recommend them.
HappyRail is efficient and gives the fastest respond to my purchased of Swiss Travel Passes recently. The passes were email to me within minutes as promised. it was easy and convenient to buy the passes on their website.
