Reason Restored

Failed to show up to two appointments. Did not contact me but when I contacted him complained of illness on both occasions. Did not apologise for failing to contact me then subsequently said he had. When I said illness didn’t excuse the lack of contact, he got personally abusive saying I ‘lacked empathy, was stuck up’ etc.

Yesterday my apartment got lightning struck, with sparks flying from my computer to be left totally unresponsive. Randomly picking a repair point nearby I ended up with Sander on the phone. Not three hours after dropping my desktop off he had fixed and cleaned it, explained what could use more work and did all this with a good dose of humor while educating me some on computers. I can't recommend Sander enough, this is the best and most professional service I've ever had in computer repairs and I got to meet my deadlines for today after all. Thank you again Sander!

Sander tried to recover data that I lost while transferring them from a laptop to an external disk. Unfortunately, although he used several professional programs, he didn't manage to recover everything. It was already too late. I only had to pay for the part that he managed to retrieve. Thanks for your work Sander!

Every town deserves his own Sander. Sander has helpt half the neighborhood for the last 15 years. He holds amazingly high support standards. His level of service is oldfashionedly high, amazing. He has been amazing in is efforts for us, way before Donald Trump re-invented the word. Sander goes way too far, at the cost of his own time and very busy schedule, to help you.
