Walked in the store, to purchase a new bike for my teen. After patiently waiting for some time, an employee finally walked towards me, but then changed his direction and began walking towards the exit door. I asked him if he please could help me finding a bike, his response was that I should wait for about 20 more minutes, because he first needed to go outside to smoke a sigarette.
