“A home away from home”. Everything a student would ever need. A quiet student condo to study equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom which are essential. Amicable and respectful neighbors. Many international opportunities (friendship and networking) from tenants (friends)from various countries. Facilities include 24-hour laundry mat, vending machines, bike storage, and a cozy common area with comfortable sofa on every floor. Regularly cleaned and tidy hallways by the housekeeping staff. Nice, communicative, friendly manager who is always available when needed. Supporting (maintenance) staff for quick and professional services. Good and polite front office staff. The student condo is easily accessible. Just 3-minute walk from the nearest metro station and a 10-minute walk to local groceries, retail and dining. I definitely think this review will help you make the right choice.

Less than a minute walk from the Bullewijk metro station and less than 10 minutes walk to the Bijlmer Arena station. Ideal for students.

I was lucky to find HiCondo before starting my master's. It's been my third student housing in Amsterdam, but the best one. I really like my room. When I moved in, it's been already cleaned and refreshed with newly painted walls. For location I will put 3,8 out of 5. For me it's been very convenient though. The metro is just 1 min walk (even less) from the building and it goes straight to my university which takes only 15 min. With the bike I spent around 30-35 min. It's just 5 min biking to Bijlmer Arena square with Albert Heijn, Lidl and all other different cafes and stores. Price is reasonable. If you are living in HiCondo, you are eligible to receive a housing allowance. It gives you back around 40% from the price you pay for the room. During my stay in HiCondo, it helped me a lot. People who work in HiCondo are friendly and helpful. Also the building is cleaned properly all the time. I would definitely recommend checking out HiCondo if you are in a search for affordable, comfortable and cozy student housing.
