I took my bike in there with a flat tires (both inner and outer). Even though there was only one person in the shop and customers were keep coming in, my bike got fixed very quickly. I was offered a seat while my bike was under repair, so truly a kind customer service. Eventually my bike was repaired for the same price as other bike shops charge only for the repairing. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with bike shops. If any problems occurs with my bike, this is the shop where I'll return for sure.
