IJscuypje is an ice cream parlour, in the neighbourhood of De Pijp, in Amsterdam. It is a chain now of 20 locations around Amsterdam, and this one was the first one, which opened in 2007. The ice cream is tasty, and the shop is basically a kiosk, however there is seating in front.

Great! Creamy but not heavy. Fruity flavors not too icy. It’s just so good! Everything tastes very natural. We loved it. You can sit outside, they have some tables and chairs. They open late. Very very nice. And the area is nice too! Locals, not tourists.

Would absolutely recommend! Great! VEGAN (sorbet & chocolate)! ice cream! Just came here on a whim, so we had no expectations - but were very pleasantly surprised.
