It's your standard branch of IKEA, although this one is on the large side. As always, the place is a maze and takes an incredibly long time to walk through. Plenty of mock rooms to give some inspiration. Warehouse picking area is absolutely huge. Has a restaurant although this is currently closed due to the restrictions. Only a short walk from the nearby metro station, although as always the pedestrian entrance is a bit hard to find!

Worst customer service, no email or anything. Phone always busy, not even a phone waiting list. I ordered a table and a lamp, they delivered only the tables legs, 1 day delayed. Thank you. I will love my table legs without an actual table.

Worst customer support ever. After 2 years we have a leaking tap because of poor construction. Although this is still under warranty, we got Zero answers from ikea. For us, it has been easier to buy a new one and replace it. This place is fine if you are going to buy cheap furniture, but do not expect any customer support nor decent warranty on items.

Worst experience with having an online order delivered. More than a month after placing the order, all their customer service can tell me is it hasn't been delivered \because it's delayed\. And contacting their customer support is a whole new level of jumping through hell hoops.
