Roland designed my roof terrace and applied for the permit with the City of Amsterdam. Roland did a excellent job and is a true professional! He designed my terrace in a professional manner and delivered the architecture plans - on time - as we originally agreed! Applying for the permit was stress-free, thanks to Roland. Roland King heeft voor ons het teken en vergunning traject doorlopen voor een verbouwing. We hebben zelfs nadat we de vergunning rond hadden nog besloten om een wijziging door te voeren, ook dat heeft Roland op zeer vakkundige wijze verwerkt tot een aangepaste vergunning. Hij denkt met je mee en voorziet van advies over wat er technisch en qua regelgeving mogelijk is en wat er mooi uitziet. Dit alles voor een redelijk tarief. Kortom een aanrader!
