The team is flexible and trying to do their best. However a few points disappointed me: 1- the floor I ordered was hongaarsepunt 60 but I was delivered 45, which was OK at the end but still different from the order 2- some parts of the floor have less quality than the rest, and the oil finishing is not always uniform 3- the floor was not ready until the morning of installation so we lost time the day of the installation to bring it upstairs, and they forgot some finishing parts 4- during the installation, the technician who is putting the floor figured out that a few parts have the wrong orientation, so he couldn't finish his job and that happened 2 times so the whole installation is taking 3 weeks instead of 2 days!!!

I ordered a wooden floor and the quality was very good for the price. But most of all: honestly the best customer service I have experienced in this field. They answer fast, really know what they are doing and provide good advices. Plus they are quite flexible when construction doesn't go as planed. Would definitely recommend.

Geen goede ervaring met dit bedrijf. De communicatie was in de beginfase erg stroef (uiteindelijk zelf maar bellen om afspraken te verifieren etc) vervolgens is de vloer volledig verkeerd gelegd door een vloerlegger die achteraf geen ervaring had met visgraat PVC. Hierdoor is de verbouwing van het huis 2 weken achter op schema komen te liggen om nog maar te zwijgen over alle onnodige stress. Na veel bellen en zelfs langsgaan in de winkel is het opgelost. Ook de beloofde excuses met bloemen en wijn is nooit waargemaakt. Heel erg jammer en dus geen aanrader in meedere opzichten.
