Leaseweb had a technical issue which meant I was double billed for their service. I have contacted them numerous times for a refund on one of the payments. They have replied once to say they have applied it as credit to my account but if I want a refund then to let them know. They know my services had been cancelled as I wasn’t happy with what was supplied so they knew adding as credit was useless for me. I have asked for a refund for 2 weeks now and been ignored completely. Do not trust this company they will take your money and ignore you.

Inaccurate information. The cancellation process is inaccurate, long. There are no clear guidelines. You are asked to send an email for cancellation. For the same domain I was charged last year for one more year because their cancellation process is useless. I had to call, then log online and on top of that, there were were no specific guidelines on how to do it. One year later, they do exactly the same...ridiculous. Just think if you want to go through that process yourself.

Unreliable service, horrible customer service, old hardware In a crucial moment I tried to upgrade my VPS from S to XL. Earlier this worked fine when I upgraded from XS to S. However, due to a bug the server would not upgrade. This put me in a very tough situation as traffic on my site was booming. Unfortunately, customer service was unable to provide support which forced me to switch hosting providers in the middle of the night. Then, the weeks following this event I keep getting charged for an XL server, even though my server is still a small server. After 20 emails, multiple calls and chats I am still struggling to get all the paperwork done. Overall terrible experience.

Like everyone else says these guys are the absolute worst. Worst service ever. Impossible to cancel. I asked server to be cancelled, they refused. Said it's illegal to cancel earlier then 30 days under any circumstances. Then my server went down, yet they refused to fix it, but they are still charging me for it.
