When I heard of Etoile via one of my friends, I decided to save money for my dream bag. Never thought that I could own a Louis Vuitton bag but Etoile made my dream come through. I messaged them via Instagram which bag I was looking for and they replied immediatly! Unfortunately they didn't have the Delightfull I was looking for but they would keep me updated when they got a new one. After less than a month I got a text they just got one in! The bag was beautifull and in a perfect condition! The box and dustbag was included and they were very friendly. The communication was also perfect. I asked if they could hold it for a few days until I could see the bag in person. I directly fell in love with it. They also explained how to take care of the bag. Normally I'm always a little bit sketchy and reserved when I visit new shops and websites but this one is definitely a recommend :)

Such an amazing service, they are really kind and helpful. My new bag is just beautiful and it looks like a new one. I received it in Switzerland without any problem, and they helped me with all the questions and wishes I had. I’m sure I’ll buy another bag later with them
I loved to order my first designer bag here! There are a lot of options to choose from and their instagram is useful for pictures as well. When my package arrived it was beautifully wrapped, the bag was still in good condition and my order was delivered super fast! I would definitely recommend to buy.
Just bought my new vintage Chanel bag here and I have to say, wow, what a nice store and good service! The girls in store are super friendly, the vintage collection is extensive and all items are still in good condition. So are their prices! A must visit when you’re looking for a vintage designer piece and are visiting Amsterdam. Also visit their 3 other stores, as the collection differs in every store. Thanks girls, you have made a girl very happy! ️
I got a bag from them and it was even better than on the pictures. I am based in Dublin and they were so helpful with sending additional pictures and videos of the bag. Overall great experience!
A few days ago I had my more than positive purchase experience N.3 at Étoile de Saint Honoré. The quality of the articles in their collection is always good, when not excellent, which shows how accurately and selectively the collection is curated. I know how meticulous they are when it comes to authentication and quality, as I have sold four designer items through them so far. The staff are always kind, proactive and very knowledgeable about the items, their age and history. They have also been so kind as to reserve an article till I could personally view it and purchase it in their stores. The fact that they have physical boutiques besides an online store is a great plus point, as customers have the chance to check the condition of an item from close by. Besides a(n old-)vintage lover, I am also a sustainability advocate, therefore it gives me an even happier feeling, knowing that by purchasing/selling through boutiques like Étoile we contribute to a greener and more ethical world and lifestyle, less footprint, less overproduction, less animal cruelty, less waste, and beautiful items get a second life by finding a new lover.
We first came across this shop when we were in Amsterdam a few years ago and have bought numerous items since. The products are excellent quality and the people are extremely helpful. The customer service is also excellent, nothing is too much trouble and all queries are dealt with fast and efficiently. We will definitely continue to buy from here and highly recommend that others do as well.
