Excellent wine and delicious food. You can share small plates or order individually. Elegant modern design with a funny baroque twist, friendly staff and really good atmosphere.

Awful food, takes way too long between the first and second dish. Very poor quality meat, just don't go here. Waste of money, time and experience. As true Amsterdammer I'm ashamed. We can do better than this.

This restaurant has a lot of mixed reviews, and I'm not sure why. I had a great experience and I'll share my experience. I made reservations online and when we arrived, a table by the window was waiting for us. Mom and I had eaten a lot that day so we just ordered a main and a dessert. I had the smoked eel which was delicious. It came with a mountain of mashed potatoes and spinach which I couldn't finish. I had to leave room for dessert! The food came out quickly and the owner came over to make sure we were enjoying everything. We were there early (6 pm), and were the second party there. But more people came in as we were dining. The only problem I had was trying to find the door! I couldn't tell which door was apartments, the restaurant next door, or the door to Lieve!

The restaurant has a very different offer: 3 in 1. If you want to know more about it, you should definitely go. The staff is really friendly and the ambience is really nice. The food is good, but they are limited on the offers. The tapas menu has small portions for two, but at the end of the meal, you are satisfied (attention if both persons are good eaters). The price can be quite high if you take also wine with your meal, so be prepared.

The food and service were both excellent. There's two different styles of menu: the share menu (33euro per person), where you get to pick a few cold, hot, and sweet dishes, and the course menu, where you get to do between 1-4 courses (minimum 16 euro). The food itself was quite delicious and the portions were very filling. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, and really added to the charm of the restaurant.

A very nice restaurant with many regional options. The interior is very welcoming and it looked busy enough to make me trust the food ;) We went as a big group of almost 20 and they catered very nicely to us. The set menu was delicious and offered an option for everyone (there were 3 options for every course that could be chosen on the spot). We also used the back room for a quick meeting. You need to go through the kitchen which looked very professional and clean. I would say it is a rather hip place to be with good food and nice personal. I had a great time!

Really bad restaurant. (It used to be OK in the past, so don't be fooled by the good OLD reviews). A four course menu of 27 euro's might appear cheap, but when you see what you get you will be in shock. First a little pork roll of about 20 grams, what's in the pork roll nobody knows, it looks very white and the consistency is like nothing you have seen. Then you get 20 grams of fish with some sauce, exactly two bites, then a small amount of meat, 3-4 bites, max 50-60 grams with three slivers of carrot! When you ask the waiter whether this is the main course you are pointed to the menu that it doesn't say main course but hot dish. Tricky! Everything is served in tiny plates and you don't get a main course. Side dishes are at extra cost. All in all the four courses can fit in one small plate, so it really is like a one course menu that is split in 3. The desert was not bad.
