Awful watch service. Brought in two mid-range watches to get new batteries. Waited 20 min with the result of one of them not fixed because they couldn't get it open, but they did manage to get 6 deep scratches in the back plate..., and the other \fixed\, but after one day the back plate fell off. Never again!

Not the smiliest of staff, but they adjusted my watch while I waited and charged less than the rather rude jewellers down the road (who also said it would take 3 days).
