I had a wonderful experience being served by Jessie (Jessy?) who went above and beyond to explain what everything was/did and how each product differed from the other. Even in the midst of a busy store in the middle of a pandemic, she was lovely, professional, friendly and extremely well informed and knowledgeable about the products.

Lovely place - pass by for a nice treat for yourself or a gift for a loved one... they offer skin consults too, they never ignore you, and even if you don't buy anything they are very welcoming, it always ends with a casual chit-chat that brightens your day. Everyone is very nice and well informed about their products, recommend

Staff at this lush are really friendly, they always have a smile the second you walk in and are super helpful! Also, the shop is like 2 floors, so lots of variety. Personally, love lush products. I think if you use them right they could do wonders.
