the products looks quality but they somehow lost my order in the warehouse and i had to ring them up to find out what had happened. i got a full refund but still a total waste of time

One star is too much. Returned a macbook pro and waited for 2 weeks they still didn't refund me. Sent them email but got no reply. Then I texted the customer support on their website and then someone from their \warehouse\ called me and said that \the administration\ made a mistake and they will refund me in several days. Then waited for another 10 days still didn't see my refund. Call them again and they finally refunded me and it only took several minutes to be honest. Feels like they were unwilling to refund even though they have received the product.
Lame custumer service : bad reactivity, irrelevant, unprofessional.
I bought my Iphone in Belgium. Ordered it on day 1 before 1500hrs and delivered on Day 2, at 0930 am! Quicker than the service in Belgium :) Apart from that, the person I spoke to on the phone was polite and knowledgeable. Emails: Rick is very polite and answers quite fast. There could be some improvement with the way others email customers when writing. Simple polite writing: Hi..., Dear.....good morning......many thanks and name at the end. (constructive improvement ? :)) I have just ordered my MacBook Air on Friday after 3 pm and will receive it tomorrow. Great service. Also, the Iphone as a Grade A was almost new. I cannot even see the scratch.
