Everywhere when you change appointment to next time a day before appointment - it's ok! But here you should call exactly 24 hours before, not even single hour later overwise you would be charged in 55 euros for nothing! And rude doctor who speaks and behave with commander tone is included - close the door and sit! \u200d️ But receptionist is very nice ️

I never write bad reviews, but for the Mauritskliniek I'll make an exception. Avoid this clinic at any cost: They always run late, they will overcharge you for consults, they will schedule consults for you that aren't really required, they require multiple consults before they do any actual treatment and in my case I spend 300,- EUR total in consults one treatment to treat a cyst: my condition is actually worse then before I entered the clinic, and the clinic doesn't want to acknowledge this or correct the situation of my cyst.
I am surprised they still get customers. They will charge you even if they provide zero service. I had a doctor's referral for them for a specific treatment, I went there and they just said they didn't do that there and they still charge me for a full consultation! Zero service, zero professionalism.

Ik heb nog nooit een recensie geschreven, maar na mijn bijzondere ervaring kan ik ook niet anders. Om te beginnen liep de afspraak volledig uit. De dermatoloog was daarbij nog uiterst onbeleefd en had totaal geen interesse om mij verder te helpen of enige moeite te doen. Hij wist op één oogslag al meteen dat mijn huiduitslag niet te behandelen was en ik werd weggestuurd. Krijg ik een maand later doodleuk een torenhoge rekening voor de eigenrisico die betaald moet worden. Beste mensen ga aub niet naar deze oplichter, maar probeer ergens anders geholpen te worden. Je bent bij de Mauritskliniek echt alles behalve in goede handen.
