Great place to learn and practice. Andre is a great Master and pays attention even to minor details. Other coaches are also very professional and attentive. Exercises on the bag can be really exhausting, and as such a perfect way to train your stamina. OSU!

Great gym, it was my first real kickboxing gym and I immediately got a contract three months ago. No regrets. Pure and respectful trainings, also for beginners like me!

I should say that most of the coaches are good and that the people that train here will challenge you. But, the head coach is egotistical and negatively motivates people through humiliation and fear. I attended about 4 times before making this judgement. Of the coaches at the gym, Yousef is incredible and I love his classes. But the head coach, Andre I believe, has a very archaic way of teaching. When sparring came along and I should say I was challenged and happy to train with other girls who knew the sport. But when I sparred with Andre, who he is at least 85 kilos and I weigh 49. The man tried to sweep me, aimed his punches directly to my face even though I had said that I didn't have a mouthguard, and clearly was trying to "teach me a lesson" with his strength. I told him it was too hard, he still didn't adapt. So, I took off my gloves and refused to spar with him. He kicked me out of his class (even though I couldn't leave the building cause the door was locked) so I had to sit there and be humiliated for standing my ground against a bully. We tried to talk it out at the end, but he was adamant he was right. Another point, I observed him pick the least experienced male of the class to demonstrate the drills. The guy was a beginner is a sea of experienced fighters, many it was clear Andre already knew, but he took the guy who knew nothing and repeatedly embarrassed him in front of the class. This was his style, to break you or yell at you until respect him. A bully, like I said. In my perspective, if you're the professor of the class you should be the one keeping your cool, and when a student has to check you then something is wrong. His classes are on Friday-- he screams a lot and his instructions are confusing for english speakers too (but not horrible if you already know the sport) If you have no muay thai experience, however, this guy will traumatize you out of it. He is not welcoming, but Yousef is great, classes are on Sunday and I love them!

Very rude head trainer. I walked out fifteen minutes into class. Avoid at all costs. I've trained ten years, trained at gyms in three different countries and I have never ever encountered such an unwelcoming and cold atmosphered training environment. Chris the guy at the desk was great, but Andre.. Perhaps he had a bad day but you can't talk and disrespect visitors the way I was disrespected today regardless of what side of the bed you woke up on.
