I have the chance to taste the new take away menu of the absolute BEST plant based ramen restaurant in Amsterdam. Every dish has an unique flavor & is prepared with great care for detail. The teriyaki balls are to die for!

My husband and I went to Amsterdam from Sweden in October 2020. The restaurant is quite small and requires reservation. Due to Covid-19 the restaurant reduced the capacity of customers in their restaurant. Luckily we got a free slot during our stay. I would say that it was totally worth it. The chef is Japanese. So I would say that you can expect authentic home-cook yet professional tastes and style from here. He is very friendly and caring. We could tell that he has put his heart into his dishes, and I cannot forget to mention that everything is vegan! Thank you chef for having us and making small changes towards sustainability. You also gave us some small gifts because you said that your friend made them imperfectly and would throw them away. We really truly treasure them. It was really great experience. I’m looking forward to visit your restaurant again next time I go to Amsterdam!
On the first sight you might think that the portions are not enough. However, it is not correct. Portions will fill you up. Everything is full of taste . Once you try it once, you will be coming back more. The home delivery works very well,too. I can fully recommend this place!

Me and my boyfriend ordered the “super garlic” amaze men with extra noodles and the regular portion size of “black burnt garlic” amaze men, and the “MI starter combo.” I’m an omnivore but I must say, for Men Impossible to be completely vegan to assist with sustainability, the food is DELICIOUS!!! If I could eat Men Impossible amaze men and appetizers every day I would definitely become a vegan herbivore! Highly recommend this place. We walked in without a reservation and asked if we could order takeaway due to covid. The chef greeted us and took our order (mandatory face masks on for everyone) and graciously asked us if we would like some hot green tea to keep us warm as it was snowing outside, and told us to take a seat and relax while we waited for him to cook our food in his open kitchen setting. Average time was 10 -15 mins as there was no one in the restaurant but us. The Japanese chef put a lot of love and care into cooking our food, he was very methodical and it pleasant to watch how he cooked the food with his fresh Japanese ingredients and sauces. He even asked us to take part of the “Swapbox” sustainable zero waste packaging which aides in his sustainability mission, however I didn’t have the time to return the box but thought this was a wonderful idea. I’ve tried a lot of ramen places in Amsterdam and this is by far the best ramen place in the city! You must try it atleast once whether you’re a vegan or not. :)
