Onboarding experience is the. worst! Wanting to try out their product, even in sandbox would be fine but am \under review\. Back and forth over what info they're looking for takes days, incessant illogical need for a company website, inflexible in conversations. I think they don't even want to sell their product? [update] By the way, it's hilarious to see a reply to the review within 2 hours but support email being unanswered for days.

This is the worst message company I have ever worked with..they dont tell you upfront that it will take days to get approval..then when you get it you can only send 500 texts..HORRIBLE SERVICE..THE CHAT SAYS WE HAVE GONE WILL RETURN TOMORROW.. YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO USE THIS SERVICE ..YOU CAN DO MORE FROM YOUR PHONE..I HATE THIS COMPANY AND WILL FILE REVIEWS ALL OVER TO WARN PEOPLE..STILL NO REFUND THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY THEY MUST POST THEIR OWN GOOD REVIEWS...TOTAL SCAM
