1ST REPAIR: cost 1 million to repair apple iphone 11 pro max turbo super but gave me back a samsung huaweii chinnese iphone 5 and it had a massive bullet hole in the middle of the screen and gave my iphone 11 pro max super turbo xx plus limited edition extreme fast reliable to a lama and it ran away 2ND REPAIR: im complaining because, they repaired my iphone 11 pro max, and my camera were missing. charging port had liquid pouring out. and they gave me the wrong device. i gave an 11 promax and i got a 11. And the lcd. arnt sealed. screen fell apart and some how.is very terrible. no athesive on my 11 pro.

Perfect service! When bringing in the device the person helping me was very helpful, explained things well, gave me various options and was friendly and patient. They called me the next day telling me part of the repair was done and for the other part they did a suggestion for a different option, which in the end saved me a lot of money. On day 5 i already got an email early in the morning saying all was fixed and i could pick it up! My MacBook Pro is as new again! Thank you!

Avoid.. I had an appointment to come in and get my phone screen fixed but I called before I arrived to make sure that there would be no costs as I have apple care with two accidental damage replacements for my screen. The girl on the front desk stated that I would need to pay an excess fee of 29 and if they find anything else wrong with the phone I had to sign this document stating I would pay, “water damage or something” she said, even though my phone works perfectly I just wanted the crack in the corner fixed to prevent potential water damage.. It seems this “official Apple” retailer doesn’t provide the same service as Apple and are just after making extra money when possible.

Apple's Butterfly keyboard is a headache as we all know. So I had to return my MacBook three times during the first three years of warranty. Apple's own customer service advised me to go to Microfix, because they have an indoor repair centre so that saves a few days compared to bringing the notebook to a shop. And indeed bring it on Monday and your machine is ready by the end of Thursday afternoon. Moreover while my warranty period just is over, they helped me with a problem with the Enter key on the spot. Friendly service. With a smile and even a laugh. Outside Corona periods there is a machine to lift your spirits with some fresh coffee.

I have guarantee (brand new laptop), I paid for it and they violence human rights to force (!!!) you to sign a paper that you have to pay if it’s not guarantee. Why would I violence my own rights to sign that!? I said I already gave my verbal agreement and this was not enough, which is a legal agreement. And when I put a cross at the signature and the manager refused to take my laptop. Telling me to make an appointment with apple store, which is closed the next month. Pure arrogance/power abuse and zero service. And then they expect from clients have trust in them leaving your laptop?! A big No No. And so the very short story ended that they yet violence’s my rights by not taking my laptop which has the guarantee. So one way or the other way, their policy is by far disrespecting human rights, without a focus on what they should to; giving service as Apple Partner. It’s their responsibility to give me the service where I paid for (2500). You only have 1 task! So one star for being good in having a murky policy: you have to be good in something.

Awesome service, I was helped by Mitchel who was very friendly and took his time to listen and figure out what was wrong with my macbook keyboard. Problem solved within the hour. Will happily go back in the future!
