Finally, I have found a good sushi place in Amsterdam!!!! The fish is fresh and the food is delicious! I have ordered take away and the order arrived in perfect condition and beautiful presented.

Ordered for delivery as quickly as possible. Called to check on the order 75 minutes later and they said it was on the way (we are 3 minutes away). Got a call 15 minutes later that they were sorry and they were on the way... still not here 15 minutes later. It’s been almost two hours.
Order online, by phone or by Deliveroo and your order will always be late. I did a test 5 times. Shortest late delivery time 10 minutes and longest 60 minutes. Never on time and never apologize for missed order or incorrect. So why 2 stars? One star for Crispy Salmon which every time was a success. The combination of salmon cooked with a fried outside coating with rice and avocado. Kudos. Second star mini loempia. The vegetable mix is sliced finely and the roll deep fried just right to have a crunchy taste. Everything else is simply satisfactory. It is a shame when to never have your order on time or having all the items you want. Unfortunate side that this place is better than most sushi order setups in the neighborhood. It is unfortunate when every time for an order one has to call multiple times to ensure that everything is included or that it would be kind to NOT include yet again ginger; wasabi and 50 packets of soya sauce that is industrialized. Worst of all are the hostesses at this location that get zero support from the Manager or management. Every night of the week from start of corona it is the same problems of late deliveries and missing items. Poor customer experience, poor engagement and poor support. Recipe for low trust.
Dont listen to the bad reviews peeps! The only sushi place with boxes tailored to the needs of hungry young adults drained from the struggles of study and work. Only place with fried sushi as well. Which is TOP NOTCH! 10 for the lady that went the extra mile in delivering my sushi even though it was outside of their delivery zone (with a certain minimumorder attached of course which is fair) Dont get me started About the taste
Quick service, friendly staffs and the sushi is tasty. I always visit when crave for a roll of sushi. Great work. Thanks and please keep up.
