I dropped off my clothes at your establishment yesterday around 12 noon and was told that the closing time was 7pm but I can come as early as 3pm. I was busy during the day so I made my back, remembering you close at 7 and I made it to the door at 6:40pm. The store was closed. The phone number didn’t work and I could not find an email. I am travelling overseas tomorrow so I can’t even pick it up early in the morning because it’s closed on Sunday, so I basically lost all my clothes. I did not pay for the service as I chose the “pay when I pick up” option, but I think better communication between the company and myself would’ve achieved a more smoother experience.

AVOID THIS PLACE! 350 silk dress ruined: they used the stapler on the front side, leaving 2 visible holes! Afterwards, they cowardly denied it, saying i used the stapler on my own dress!! Shame!
