As another reviewer said, since Carla has left the place has gone downhill and become extremely disorganized. 3 out of 4 of my appointments have been rescheduled last minute by the staff, and the 4th appointment I showed up and they were closed. No email, no call, nothing. Now I am trying to get a hold of them and can't seem to reach them. I bought laser hair removal packages which is the only reason why I want to continue, I need to get my money's worth! As soon as the packages are done I will go elsewhere for treatment. A real pity as Carla was fantastic.

Unfortunately Carla is on leave, she was really good. The new staff is not fully trained. When I came in for the appointment and when I left the studio, the results did not change at all, so it was a bit of a waste. I'm going to try a different place
I have been their customer for years and I was super happy with Carla. Unfortunately she is on leave and now things have became messy. Within the last month they cancelled 3 of my appointments due to their holidays, incompetent booking (they booked me on Saturday and then told me shortly before the appointment that they are closed on Saturdays) and due to their doctor appointments. It is really frustrating especially that you should do the treatments in certain intervals.
Great service! The most important that skill is very professional! Especially recommend for Brazilian waxing and almost don’t feel pain Best waxing skill!
