My boyfriend and I decided to go away for a weekend and we are very glad we ended up staying at Victoria hotel. The concierge and reception staff made us feel like home as soon as we walked in. It was very nice to see that they turned the hotel corona-proof, which directly made us not regret our little getaway during this pandemic. We got our room upgraded to an Executive with bath which made our stay more than romantic. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know! \u003c3

If to be honest, this hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations. I have visited a few 5-star hotels in NL and this one is the best so far. The staff: very friendly, professional, they react immediately. We had some misunderstanding with our booking and the staff did not make us waiting long to arrange everything. They are really customers-oriented. My big compliments to all of them (hosts, receptionists, breakfast team, in-room service and the cleaning team). The cleanlinness: super clean. Smells good. Comfort: very good. They improved the system: you have automated lightenings, opening-closing curtains by pressing a button, etc. When you enter the room, you see your name on the screen and a welcoming note. If you need anything, you send a message online and you get a response within 3 minutes. Also, you can order meals 24/7 into your room. We ordered ceasar and burger with fries and cola. It has been delivered in 15 mins. And it was delicious! Regarding corona, all the measurements have been implemented. The staff have masks as well. Price-quality: a very good deal, especially taking into consideration that we had some discounts due to corona. To pay attention to: if you see a bottle of champagne in your room and it is not mentioned anywere, most likely you might pay for it. Check with the staff. I will recommend this hotel and will come back!

Pretty clean. Nice and clean every morning. Staff very friendly and goes out of their way to help. But, they are lacking knowledge of local eating places. Breakfast is great and complimentary. It's right across from central station and almost everything is within walking distance.

We were staying for one night with a baby. The receptionists gave us a room with a ladder access to the bed. Quite dangerous with a crawler. Also in order to get to the room there are a lot of stair in the hall. If you travel with heavy bags, kids, buggy, etc - be aware of that. The door to the bathroom was not possible to close fully, the toilet didn’t look clean. All the rest of the room was fine. There are better hotels for the same money. Would not recommend staying longer than one night.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are quiet, beautiful and have all you need. They are very clean and service is good. Breakfast offers a lot of excellent and different choices. Location is great, right in front of the train station and close to the city centre. The hotel is very quiet.
