Pathé Thuis offers 10 euro gift cards which can only be used for 2 films of SD quality. Not only are there very few films at the price of 5 euros, it's very weird that you can't watch the HD versions with it. It feels like a nasty way to make 10 euros while the consumer only gets to spend 4 to 8 of them. Films were nice though, but the weird limitations really worsened the experience.

Pathé thuis is such a user unfriendly service. I have 2 gift cards which I received and have been trying to redeem them online to watch a film with the family during this Christmas lockdown. Once I try redeeming the vouchers it keeps saying invalid. The expiration period is 4 years. While the idea of trying to be supportive whilst all your cinemas are shut. I am instead left with no other than total disappointment and no good words at all for Pathé thuis services. By far will you never be as good as your competitors, and I guess that is the reason why they are succeeding way much more better than you. My advice !!! Do not stream through Pathé! Even the customer service is useless. I tried contacting them, via chat service. What did the agent say to me? Sorry this chat service is only for the cinemas. I am like the cinemas are closed due to the lockdown, who do you expect to help?

Films kan je niet harder zetten. Problemen hier over worden niet serieus genomen. Best prijzig voor een film, terwijl het online toch kan terugvinden. Kwestie van HDMI kabel
Een beetje duur voor per film , maar hun collectie is natuurlijk wel breder dan netflix wanneer het komt om nieuwe films zoals joker...
Leuk dat pathe thuis. Als 0 sterren een mogelijkheid was, dan had ik daarvoor gekozen. Via eurosparen koop je voor 4.50 5,99 tegoed. Dus toch iets korting. Blijkt voor 1 film te zijn ,maar een paar films vallen hieronder. Daarvan zijn 99% van alle films 2,99 euro en daar betaal je dan 4.50 voor. Via de mail krijg je het antwoord terug dat ik zelf voor een film van 2.99 heb gekozen. Lijkt me op zn minst dat jullie de overige 3 euro op het account zetten, ipv in eigen zak steken. Leuk zon aanbieding.. ook zijn alle films oud. Nieuwe films kosten maarliefst 24,99 om te bekijken. Wat een afzetterij. Ook geen oplossing voor het probleem, gewoon eigen fout volgens pathe. Geen pathe thuis of bioscoop meer voor mij!
3-tal Pathé Thuiscodes voor gratis films ingevoerd op mijn account in de veronderstelling dat deze toegevoegd /bewaard zouden worden. Nu ik wil gaan kijken blijken deze helemaal niet bewaard te zijn en mag ik gewoon het volle pond voor een film betalen. Uitleg waarom je deze codes wel kunt invoeren en deze geaccepteerd worden maar er later geen gebruik van kan maken krijg je niet. Reactie van de klantenservice komt neer op pech gehad. Pure diefstal.
Films zijn goed, geluid is heel slecht. Films kan je niet harder zetten. Problemen hier over worden niet serieus genomen. Probleem wordt op de klant afgeschoven. Daardoor is het het niet waard om een dure film aan te schaffen bij pathe thuis.
