I brought my phone here to be repaired. To be honest, i wasn't feeling confident because my phone was absolutely destroyed and looked like nothing could bring it back to life. But the young guy who fixed it (I wish I could remember his name, but he was in his 20's and his name began with a J) is an absolute genius. It looks and works like a new phone again. I am so impressed by his skill and the quick turn around service, he sourced a new screen for it and fixed it in an hour. Shout out too to his friend from Somalia who I had a nice chat with while I was waiting. Thanks again guys, would recommend this shop to anyone.

I have been there 3 days in a row to collect my package and it was closed. 3rd day they put up a sign that they would be open on Friday. Completely unreliable and have waisted over an hour traveling back and forth for nothing.
I needed a laptop and went to Pc Professionals. I explained what kind of laptop I wanted. They gave me great recommandations based on my interest. Furthermore, they never pushed me to buy anything but rather advised me to take my time and that I'm always welcome to come back if I had any further questions. Eventually I purchased a second hand laptop that functions like a new one and that I enjoy working every day! The people at Pc Professionals are very patient and put the customers first. Thank you for the wonderful service!
Zero customer service from a bunch of rude con-artists, who sell laptops with hardware guarantee that doesn't cover hardware. Yes, I was confused too. 250 euros worse of, from choosing to deal with these jokers! Do yourself a favour and find another place - really wish I had. 1 star rating is too high for this place, but I cannot choose 0.
So what happened today was i dropped my laptop and it stopped working whilst i was busy with work stuff I honestly thought it was finished for me but luckily these perfect gentleman saved my day best service ever, Pc-Professional are definitely recommended!!!
