Lovely place, quite cosy. A bit difficult to get a place which is justified also by the fact that the food is really delicious! We had spaghetti bolognese and seafood risotto. Cooked nicely and very tasty. The tomato sauce in the pasta was to die for, with no onion or garlic. Risotto was good too.
Ordered a truffle mushroom fillet steak, my order came and when i had a bite it was gorgonzola sauce which caused me to spit it out. Waiter apologised and took my steak away. 10 minutes later brought me the exact same steak back including the piece i had spat out but with the correct sauce over it. AVOID this place it shouldn't even be licensed to serve food!!! Spoke to manager who bizarrely said he wasn't going to cook me a new steak as if it was normal to wash a sauce off...
Great service! - Squeezed us in on a busy Saturday. Friendly family run atmosphere. Worth going out of your way for.
