Wow... we waited 3 hours and THE PIZZA NEVER CAME. We tried calling them multiple times and their line was disconnected. We emailed and they didn't reply. They told the delivery site that they had delivered our pizza after an hour, but they had never showed up. We figured it must be a scam. But that's not even the worst part. The next day (almost 24 hours later), the restaurant called us to yell at us for writing a bad review, and demanding that we take the review down. They never apologized, but made excuses such as \we couldn't answer the phone last night because our power was out\ and \we didn't deliver your pizza because we always call in advance for cash payment orders and you didn't answer\, but they actually never called us and that rule makes no sense, especially if the lines are down... If they wanted to cancel the order they should have notified us via the delivery website. instead we waited there starving and wondering what kind of scam this is. Do not order from Pizza Forty7. So unprofessional and unaware of how to speak to customers. What a nightmare.
Terrible service the delivery took over an hour and the food was reheated and dry. Would not recommend to anyone
I ordered via thuisbezorgd and I've never been this disappointed in my life. I ordered the pasta Napolitana with extra onions and cheese (not that there was one onion in the whole dish) which was disgusting and felt microwaved to the max, an okay pizza and two mozzarella panini's (it said there would be tomato and lettuce on it). It was just a warm baguette with mozzarella. it wasn't bad, but certainly not what we were promised and way overpriced for just some mozzarella. It feels like owners aren't only cutting corners, but also are way too greedy to be able to be responsible for food.
Horrible experience. The delivery driver didn’t give the right amount of change, so I lost over 10 euro’s and the food was terrible!
