Great P&R, just make sure to get in at the correct entrance. The right one is for p&r and the other ones are not! And also make sure to familiarise yourself with how it all works to avoid paying the normal insane rate. In you go in blind it's your own fault. This happens a lot! If the deal is good you have to pay attention people!

Total rip off! Researched first and noted reasonable parking out of city here. However we Parked here for two days understanding it would cost 8 per day but we were charged 80 instead. Unclear signage meant you had to enter via one lane instead of another to access the cheaper fee. Staff were totally unhelpful and there were 3 of us caught in the same way when we were there collecting our cars! So we were not alone in being misled by the signage!

There's 400 parking slots in the regular parking - full for the PR. How does this motivate us to leave our car outside the city centre?!... Later edit: I managed to pay only 1 euro for an entire day, however, the system is far from being perfect. Make sure you VALIDATE your ticket before you get in the tram, as well as when you get off. If you have issues, wait for a couple/family that has more PR cards - that might save you some money :)

It is as complicated as the people say, although you can read the instructions on the sites or on the pamflet in the garage itself. In my case it went like this: 1. Went in on the right PR entrance, pulled the PR ticket while driving in as in any other garage. 2. Found a parking place and went to the exit to buy the public transport ticket. The machines are standing next to each other. 3. Bought the GVB ticket and scanned my PR ticket (dont remeber the order, but its written on the machine). The GVB is only valid for 1 drive to the city and 1 drive back. 4. Do NOT lose any of the both tickets! 5. Within an hour of parking you have to check yourself in a TRAM with the GVB card (its important to check in a tram, in my case the bus didnt work, had to step out and run back to the Stadium station.) The machine should beep and show a green tick. Red is bad. The tram was nr 24. The 61 line didnt work. 6. You must drive to the city center zone (you can find it on the internet), dont have to drive all the way to the central station, in my case the museumsmeile was enough. Check out while exiting. 7. You can stay for a max of 96 hours on a PR parking. On the last day i checked in inside the city centre area, also again in the tram 24, drove to the stadium and checked out (important). You have to pay your parking and leave within an hour of checking in. 8. Find the paying machine, put the PR card in, it shows a number of 120, scan your GVB card, it shows 3. Another win for the little man. Pay it and leave. If you did someting wrong, you will pay the crazy amount, curse a bit and decide to probably never come to Amsterdam again. 9. leave the garage and drive in to the sunset. Easy, right.
