A terrible experience! The only part that was professional was the first phone call. Took them a week to just send a quotation and they apologized so we accepted the offer. We hired them for deep clean after renovation. The cleaners showed up 30 mins late with a few cloths and buckets. The cleaning equipment arrived 2 hours late. We requested them to start first floor but they did what the pleased. The ladies complained that they are tired and it’s their 3rd job of the day. They were even taking pictures in the house. They said we will do it the next day which was a Saturday. No one showed up for the whole day. After many many messages and phone calls they sent one cleaner to complete on Tuesday. Total waste of money! Wish it was possible to give zero stars

Excellent service! Professional cleaners, great communication with the office, also outside the normal working hours. I was offered creative solutions and the products are not only eco friendly and safe, especially with children, but also smell great. Worth every cent!
All out office members are extremely happy with the cleaning and maintenance Puur Schoon is doing in the last years for us. We have a lot of demands, exact instructions and requests and all of them - big to small - are being fulfilled. No question why we move to a bigger office - we are taking Puur Schoon with us :)
