Our company applied for a virtual office and signed a contract. We first received a wrong invoice and no confirmation. Then a second wrong invoice on a different company name. There has been more than 5 calls and quite a few e-mails to solve the issue but still no solution. The customer service team tries to support us but they can not get a reply from the account manager to sort out the issue, whatever it is. Worst B2B customer experience in the last few years. We are still trying to find a solution while writing this review.

I went here to sit an exam. It's not well documented where you can park your car to start with. I somehow managed to get into the parking but I have no idea if this was intentional on their side since they declined parking to somebody else 5 minutes later. The whole area is reachable quite well but use navigation since, well, Amsterdam... Inside I waited to be shown to the exam room. Staff are friendly but have no idea about your exam. This is ok since you should get full instructions from your examination authority. I was able to use the restroom and get some coffee before the start so all ok. My exam was in a room adjacent to people what seemed like shouting into a conference call which was annoying but not horrible. The staff stored my bag in a locked room and after the exam it was still there so no complaints there. It's not the worst place to have an exam but I would personally not rent an office space there (which is what my examination authority did).

Good facilities, clean and well maintained. NOTE: building has no parking for one-time visitors; street parking options (close by) are scarce. TIP: 400 meters walking distance, across the ring highway, there is a free street parking in the Duivendrecht area.

Good experience good selection of room sizes but it's a bit out of the way so leave a bit ahead of time to allow for travel to the location.
