What a gem: family like, cozy, friendly, attentive, and most important: culinary delighted!! All dishes came with a remarkable sparkle in taste, something unexpected what triggers your attention. I rarely have eaten such a marvellous Bouillabaisse. Although it was only a intermediate course in a wonderful delicious menue which surprised and inspired in many details, it perfectly contributed to the overall experience in this exciting restaurant! Super attentive staff who cares about the tiniest detail!

We already experienced twice Jaspers at home and every time it was a truly enjoyable experience. First of all, everything taste amazing. The combination of flavours, texture and colours make you have a real gustative experience. The realisation of each dish is very easy to follow with a short video that explains how to make it look and taste fantastic. We advise to take the wine arrangement to enhance each dish. You only have to dress your table, light a candle and turn some music on... You are nearly at Jaspers restaurant for real. In these uncertain and challenging time, we can only recommande for all the above and the creativity, to enjoy Jaspers cuisine.

I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. We had a terrific dinner here with a truly memorable menu. It’s a set menu with options to add courses as you wish. I love places like this - it takes the pressure of deciding and the chef can present great seasonal produce. This he did. Each course told a story and there were flavours thread through the entire menu creating a whole arc of enjoyment. Of particular joy were the oysters, lightly poached with a foam infused with Asian flavours. The veal tartare was divine. We also enjoyed an unusual sparkling wine from India that was pretty much a game changer. This place is a must visit restaurant and worth the trip to Amsterdam alone.

I wish I could add more stars. This was the best place I've ever been to. We went back twice in a week because it was so amazing. Jasper is wonderful and kind, and it's so nice to be in a small and close environment. The experience at Jasper's is close and personal. Jasper is completely on point with every single one of his flavor profiles and he adds the perfect amount of textures to all of his dishes. You should come here to experience the amazing myriad of taste and flavor combinations.
