I went here today from a far place and had a high expectation and it was raining outside. i went there by bike and I was just on time, but when I arrived no one was at the reception, this was my first time so I didnt know what to do but wait. After a few minutes, two staff came and said I was late so couldnt get in. I understand that but they could communicate in a much more friendly and welcoming way. This totally ruin my day. Bad experience.

Great classes! Its much more than a Spinning class.. its a "Party on a bike"! With great instructors and a a very positive and energetic vibe. The place as great conditions. Heated floor on the changing rooms, very clean facilities, and the personnel is friendly. The towels for exercise and for the bath are provided, as well the cycling shoes.
It’s been getting gradually worse. They crammed more bikes into the already tiny space that is definitely not designed for that many attendants. On top of that the aircon is not in use and it feels like a sauna which prevents you from doing your best workout. I feel that this is only a money-making empire now with little desire to deliver quality workouts but make as much money as possible. The instructors, I feel, are still trying their best under the circumstances. ---- Dear Stephanie, thanks for your feedback, to which I am not able to reply publicly, it seems. I have already rated my experience when I was prompted to via your companies email immediately after the class. I always booked via this email address so it seems strange to me that you couldn't find a record. I am not saying the air-con dosn't work, I am concerned about the ability of people being able to use it. However, I appreciate your efforts. Many thanks, Nina
Great workout with fun energetic instructors. Great facilities, cycling shoes and towels are included. Convenient location and a good schedule make it easy to workout before or after work.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and very clean.
The class is really good, though completely crammed with bikes. Changing rooms are quite bad as there is not enough space for people, no hangers, not enough benches and queues for the showers
It’s a good workout but after attending the classes for a while, Rocycle has become slightly annoying - it’s super busy, the changing rooms are tiny, appropriate for maybe 5 people at a time, not 20. The workout room itself is also very small, the bikes are squeezed next to each other, people keep accidentally ‘hitting’ each other during the classes. They have for sure over 20 speakers and just 1 air conditioner that’s always off... after a few minutes of a class the room turns into a smelly can full of sweaty people and noise blasting straight into your ears. This really does take away from the experience. Considering how expensive the classes are you would expect much better conditions.
Probably the best workout place in Amsterdam. Love the vibe, music and the trainers
