Bought a Samsonite here like a hundred years ago, good advise and very reasonable prices. The suitcase survived for many years and through many travels way beyond the warranty period so good value for money. When finally the roughest and toughest bagage handler of Cape Verde somehow managed to break off a wheel I went back to the same store to see if they could help me send it to Samsonite for a repair outside warranty. Instead they did much better. They happened to have some wheels left for the very same model and replaced it immediately - as well as another wheel they noticed was kind of running bad - within a few minutes and charging me what can only be described in Dutch as a 'habbekrats' (ie very little). Great service!

Luggage4all.nl Bijzonder goede ervaring bij dit bedrijf!!! Bestelde laptoptrolley tot TWEE keer omgeruild vanwege een mankement aan het uitschuifbare handvat. Waarschijnlijk een (te) zwakke constructie van kofferfabrikant. Geld retour gekregen aangezien mijn dochter niet kon slagen binnen hun assortiment. Kortom, uitstekende klantenservice (René) Dit bedrijf verdiend 5 sterren!
