Pathetic service. I made an appointment with this service center to address an issue with my Galaxy S10 which is still under warranty. I waited about 10 days for it. At the appointment it turned out that my phone needs a new motherboard. According to the serviceman they could not service my phone due to the issues with their software. They said this was a temporary issue they had this week, but when it was going to get resolved they did not know. He suggested that I come tomorrow, but there was no guarantee that they would be able to do it either. Moreover I cannot call them prior to coming to find out if they can service my phone. I come the next day anyway, to find out that the issue was not resolved and they cannot help me. So my only option was to use a pick up service that takes 3 working days. This is suboptimal, because I need to use my phone for work, and leaving without it for 4 days is not ideal. If I knew that they cannot fix my phone I would have opted out for the pickup service immediately instead of waiting for 10 days for my in-person appointment. Why the only service center in the capital of Netherlands cannot fix issues with their own phones is beyond me. At least if they cannot do it themselves they should have offered a free one business day pickup service to me (normally costs 25 euro), but that was clearly out of scope. To sum up - if you are buying a Samsung phone, do not count on being able to get your phone fixed within one working day for free even if it's still under warranty. Disappointed. Update: Pick up service was great, were able to resolve the issue in 3 business days as promised. The communication and the process was clear. So Samsung warranty did work just not as fast as it could have during in-person appointment

Great service, however make an apointment! Other wise you'll be waiting for a long time, But the service is great and waiting for this kind of service is really worth it. All employee's are really well trained. I came here with a problem with my galaxy buds, and they manged to fix it within the waranty. Its a five star from me!
The reception and service are wonderful, and this is not my first visit to customer service, and every visit I am impressed by the available services and the elegance of the staff in dealing with the problem and trying to speed up the solution to help as soon as possible ...
