Very helpful, when I was in kind of a rush to get my ice skates sharpened they helped me out even though it took them around an hour to get them sharp, because of how long they hadn’t been used. Tried them out that evening and was very pleased.

Friendly, funny, helpful and knowledgeable. A brilliant skate shop experience with a wide variety of inline skates even during a pandemic. 10/10 would buy from again.
Extremely rude staff. No varieties at all. Did an purchase on the website and had to go to swap for a smaller size and I was completely miss treated by an employee that later had to call the owner to say he was working with me instead of ignoring me which was what he was actually doing. They took 5 days to dispatch the item from the store and they sent the item after I already requested for cancellation via e-mail (which was ignored), after not finding the right size for me on the store and asking for a refund answer I got was: You should have think about it before you buy it over the internet. Really not sure how this place has so many positive reviews but I will definitely spend my money somewhere else. And yes, all this stress over 49,99, the owner refunded me after the staff called him.
Very friendly staff with good selection; prices are quite high for the skates (180) but I am fully confident that you're paying for quality that will last. Excellent selection of board games as a bonus
