Horrible company, horrible service. No knowledge at all. Do yourself a favour and don't hire these people.
Came to detect a leakage and fix the problem and now I have bigger worries. I wish I had never met this company.
Plumber perfectly repaired a leaking pipe but then cemented floor back with quite high \hills\ so that I couldn't put my laminate back. Essentially, not a big deal to fix! But for one month I called them many times and heard \we'll call you back\. Sent them a formal written reminder, and they finally said they're not going to fix that at all, despite that I paid for the bad work. I just wasted one month with the open floor. And now wasting even more time dealing with them via De Geschillencommissie. Not recommended. Or at least double-check everything and don't pay them until you're totally satisfied. Also, confirm everything in written, because what they say verbally is sometimes different from what they do.
