We booked a couples room but ended up being in a private 6 bed room which was good as we could spread our things out more. The rooms were clean and tidy including toilet and shower. Also the hostel itself was really quiet and pleasant. Quite a few school trips happening and young people there but wasn't disruptive at all. The free breakfast was really good, wouldn't say it's that COVID-secure as there is only hand sanitiser and people weren't really using it. The bread rolls were fresh, coffee was good and there were plant-based milks such as alpro soya and oatly. Tea was not great. Cruesli granola was delicious ! There was a "greenhouse" with booths in that you could have breakfast which was so nice and a good start to the day. Don't sit in the middle one as that's ours ! The staff at the breakfast were really nice and helpful if things had run out. We were on a cycling trip so there was secure double gated bike storage and we were able to leave some luggage in the hostel store. Location near Vondelpark was really great, wish we had made more use of the park. Also close to VG museum and only a quick walk to the city centre around 20 minutes. Thanks a lot for the lovely stay !

Very nice place to stay
A very affordable place and located next to the Vondelpark. Located at a convenient spot. You can take the bus and tram to almost anyplace in Amsterdam. Very clean and the staff are very friendly
Friendly, fun, remodeled hostel overlooking the park. Private room was great value, and loved design of shared spaces.
Very well presented. Easy to find. Price is great. Included breakfast is epic and choices galore. Recommended staying here.
Nice, modern hostel right next to Vondel Park. The hostel was very clean and is located 30 minutes away from Amsterdam Central. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The staff should work on their English skills, as they were sometimes hard to understand.
Fantastic place to stay had a hostel feel but also a hotel vibe too, even if it being a hostel I was blown away. Very quirky, polite staff and fantastic atmosphere all round. They had a welcome party on the Friday, prices at the bar are very good price. On Saturday they had the football on the big screen (which is a nice little bonus). We opted for breakfast for an extra 7. It seems very typical (for a European country), ham, cheese, rolls, eggs, cereal, tea, coffee and juice. The location is rather good too. Roughly 30 minute walk to any activity and about 26 minute Tram. Would highly reccomend and would definitely rebook here if I'm to go to Amsterdam again.
Stayed here for a few days over the wkend, Friday - Sunday, the Hostel is a very good place to stay, the staff are very welcoming & helpful, and the location near Vondel park is great. Continental breakfast available in the morning for 6. Lots of cool spots to chill out. Dorm room's are pretty good. Party games on some evenings such as beer pong or sports on the big screen. Hostel Bar carries a good range of beer and spirits :-)
