Great tour with a knowledgeable guide. Was really worth every penny and I would recommend the smaller boats over the larger tours all day long.

We took a boat trip beginning of November. It was a very wet cold day but boat was surprisingly warm! The windows condensated every few minutes but we were provided with a window wiper. I cannot praise the tour guide enough (sorry cant remember his name) he was very knowledgeable about the area, went above and beyond with a few funny stories of his own. Well worth the money and Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
We had a lovely tour in a small open boat with a very enthousiastic captain (Henk) who had a lot of knowledge about Amsterdam. Also the servicedesk was great as we made a mistake with our booking (booked the wrong boat). It was no problem to change our reservation.
My wife and I went on the dinner cruise during the Festival of Lights. The food was awesome, and seeing Amsterdam on the water is really cool!

“Great experience” We had to line up for about an hour and it was annoying as there was so many people but it was worth it. Once on the boat it was comfortable, informative and enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone. Buy a I Amsterdam city card as this gives you not only travel on the buses and the trams but also canal tours.

I strongly recommend any tourist to stay away from Stromma Canal Tours Amsterdam and looking for another service provider. I went to this place on January 3 at 3.02pm. I took a paddle boat service and faced bad manners of reception's colleagues who are patrol especially racism and making joke of me and my friends. At the beginning, we went along the river and got lost, so we ask the paddle boat that we met about the direction. Because we are trying to be friendly to everyone, the conversion keep going on until we knew that they are staff. After that, all the trip of paddle boat was ruined by them by blocking our way, crashing our paddle boat, trying to in our way of taking photo. Moreover, when their boat hit us, we were looking at them and saw they were smiling like we are idiot that they were trying to make fun of, and when they were in front of us they were acting like their boat was not working which have to stay in our way. After we got off the paddle boat we asked to reception and found out that they are his colleague. Therefore, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NO TAKING ANY SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE THE EXPERIENCE WILL BE RUINED BY THE UNEDUCATED STAFFS. And this is the worst experience which make us do not want to come back to Amsterdam anymore.
