Worst experience ever. They continuously postponed the delivery date by a week. I canceled the order since I need it for my education. If you're willing to wait an entire semester for your books then order here. And if you want to reach out to customer services... good luck, see if they care.

WORST WEBSITE EVER I ordered a book a MONTH ago to study for my Gmat and expected delivery date was 1.5 weeks and when the due time came, the expected delivery date moved to the week later, and this continuously repeated for weeks. Now a month as passed and IT STILL HASN'T arrived. absolute disaster. I have my exams soon and the book hasn't arrived. Worst service i have ever experienced.
I ordered a book 2 weeks ago and didn't receive my order. The track & trace shows that the packet is delivered but it wasn't, a few days later it said that my order was on its way, and later on that it was delivered. But I still hadn't received the packet. So I send an email to the customer service regarding my issue, and they told me the same information that I had access to. That the packet was delivered, even though I told them my problem in the e-mail. I tried to call them, I waited over 40 minutes but no one picked up and answered. I can't attend lectures because of this problem, I don't know if I am going to receive my book or if I should order from another site.
Big, fat SCAM! DO NOT ORDER THERE 1. The order was massively delayed 2. Because of that I wanted to cancel the order, which was not accpted. Client service: "I will have to ask a collegue to do that, it will take five days". Well, within those five days the bookds already I came and I did not need them anymore. 3. On the website the claim to give you all the information to return the books, well...the do not 4. After millions of calls and emails I finally got the adress for the return 5. More than two months later, I still have not received my refund... more than 100EUR down the drain. That hurts, especially when being a student
I waited more than 10 days for my order and then was told to wait more time. And they don't know how long i have to wait! Yet the books are still showing in stock! God! I want to give zero stars!
It’s a miserable business, better close it down, as you currently lack any management skills. A business that is not able to solve any problem that you encounter. Don’t order from here!!!
PLEASE DO NOT SHOP IN THE WEBSITE: IT'S A FRAUD. I have made a order and cancelled it few hours later. I was eligible for a refund (60) and after a whole month I am still waiting for it. The keep on postponing the date finding stupid excuses, PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!
