We ordered with Swapbox a few days ago and it was an amazing surprise! The food arrived in these very good-looking boxes, with excellent quality and design, that make you feel like you are eating at the restaurant. Plus, after dinner there was no garbage at all! Very very very nice idea :)

Amazing concept - I rarely like to order takeaway due to all the waste, however Swapbox is the perfect waste-free solution! Ordering was made very easy, as was dropping the boxes off at a drop-off point. I cannot wait until Swapbox is available at even more restaurants! Highly recommend to everyone, there are literally no cons to it as it does not cost anything for the user :-)

Today, Swapbox Launched. Round of applause svp... *round of applause* A concept that will change food packing for the future, forever. The pioneer of innovation, and already wanted by every restaurant. The reusable packaging is so comforting, the fact that you don't throw anything in the bin is just so satisfying, like it was meant to be like that. I think if there was a God, he intended for us to eat take-away like this. Next to the jokes, actually really good quality product, chose it next time you eat your take away and you automatically turn into an ambassador of a better future for you, and your children. Who doesn't want that? Big recommendation!

Such an amzing idea! We ordered Ramen in Swapboxes yesterday. The boxes looked really nice & made dinner at home a bit more fancy. Also, when ordering take-out I always hate all the plastic waste & with Swapbox there is no waste at all. Also, the ordering & returning was super easy. Love it!

Een mooi principe maar helaas een minder goede ervaring met Swapbox. We hebben de bakjes met deksel er los op in de magnetron gezet, zodat de lucht kon ontsnappen. Tijdens het verwarmen is het deksel er schijnbaar op vastgetrokken waarna het muurvast zat en we het er niet afkregen. Restaurant gebeld, was al bij iemand anders ook gebeurd, advies was het bakje te laten afkoelen. Een kwartier later klapte het bakje ineens uit elkaar en vlogen de stukken plastic door de keuken. Als 1 van ons erbij had gestaan had dat nog gevaarlijk kunnen zijn, de scherven van het deksel waren van scherp hard plastic. Het restaurant heeft een tegoedbon aangeboden voor het eten en van Swapbox kreeg ik een sorry-mail. Ze waren bezig met stickers te ontwerpen waarop stond dat het deksel niet mee de magnetron in mag, zei de vertegenwoordiger. Probleem was dus al bekend. Dat had dan beter gecommuniceerd moeten worden door Swapbox en het restaurant! Ik haal mijn eten voorlopig toch dan maar weer af in de wegwerpverpakkingen.
